Shipping and Returns
You will get free standard UK delivery on orders of £30 or more. We charge £2.95 for standard delivery on orders under £30.
Delivery Options & Cost
Your order will normally be sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery.
Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and postal delivery costs. Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours and sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery and take an average of 3-7 working days from date of despatch. Please note the delivery times detailed may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We charge £5.95 for delivery to Europe, this includes packaging, handling and postal delivery costs.
AMERICAS & REST OF THE WORLD
Deliveries to regions outside Europe are charged at £6.95, this charge includes packaging, handling and postal delivery costs.
In the unlikely event that we cannot meet the expected despatch we will contact you via email.
A signature may be required on receipt.
Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in seperate consignments.
Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If the package is returned to us by the carriage company, we may make an additional delivery charge for re-despatch.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellation policies takes account of current legislation under English Law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you need to return your purchase for any reason you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If returning goods, it is your responsibility to return them to us within 14 days of receipt of them. After this date, it falls solely within our discretion if a return or exchange will be accepted. If accepted for refund, money will be refunded within 14 days.
Please note that once opened and or used, a product cannot be returned to us unless it is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of health and hygiene. Also magnetic mattress pads and magnetic therapy pads are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons.
If returning goods we suggest you use a padded envelope or similarly suitable packaging to minimise the risk of loss or damage in the post. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you. We recommend that any items being returned are sent via insured, traceable delivery for your own protection, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
